This position is primarily responsible for managing customer service for both the B2B and B2C businesses. Seeking a proactive leader and team player to represent the best customer service experience; maintaining services and operational standards; supervising, coaching, counseling, and training staff on sales programs; ensuring adequate staffing and providing superior customer service by performing the following duties. A key partner for the company, ensuring our company’s customer service aligns with our premium brand heritage and delivering outstanding service to customers and consumers.
The position can be either part-time or full-time, depending upon the background of the candidate. Handling all aspects of basic accounting for our North America office, including receivables, collections, payables, business banking, customer postings, etc.
