The combination of acrylic and white-coloured wood on the Oléron pepper mill brings a sublime touch to the warm and rounded flavour of the pepper inside. The transparency and purity of the acrylic reveals the contents and whether the mill needs refilling. The button on top of the mill can be used to easily adjust the grind setting. The more the button is screwed, the finer the grind to deliver an intense burst of heat from the pepper. Conversely, a coarser grind will release all the aromas of the pepper.
