I will soon buy a companion grinder and upgrade my salt game to match my strong pepper game. I got the 12 inch grinder because my partner and I love pepper but hate filling up small grinders every 3 days. Excellent packaging and shipping. Beautiful natural light wood with a very silky smooth feel. Soft brushed gold knob. Will go well with any brushed metals such as drawer pulls, faucets etc. i tighten my knob down a bit as it is easier to grind. Remember to order the proper mill for your spices—dry salt versus wet salt versus pepper etc. Grinding mechanisms vary.
