Wild pepper

This small wild peppercorn comes from Nepal. It grows spontaneously in the Mahabharat mountain range, in a humid region, at an altitude of more than 2000 metres. Slightly spicy, this pepper can be surprising with its zesty flavours and astonishing citrus notes. It will perfectly enhance fish, crustaceans, vegetables and fruits (citrus or pineapple salads) and chocolate desserts.
