Pepper lovers adore it. “Voatsiperifery” pepper, also called Madagascan wild pepper, is a variety of pepper that grows in the tropical forest in the South East of the island. It develops fabulous citrus notes. These vines are sometimes inaccessible and can grow up to twenty metres high, making harvesting particularly difficult. Voatsiperifery black pepper is very rare and difficult to prepare. Its fragrance evokes pepper but with astonishing unusual woody, resinous and earthy notes, as well as citrus, fruit and floral notes. This is a rather mild pepper.

Very fragrant and tasty pepper for all uses. I expect it is ideal for the Isen. The peppercorns are small and won't get caught in the mechanism.
