Alayna's Tomato & Olive Feta Dip
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Castelvetrano and Kalamata olives
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8oz block of feta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- Hot honey
- Balsamic glaze
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a small Ceramic Baking Dish add tomatoes, olives and garlic. Add olive oil and salt and pepper and mix.
- Insert block of feta in the center of the dish.
- Add olive oil, seasonings, and hot honey on top of the feta.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Once finished baking top with balsamic glaze.
- Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
