Alayna's Tomato & Olive Feta Dip

Feta - Peugeot Saveurs

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes 
  • 1/4 cup Castelvetrano and Kalamata olives 
  • 2 cloves garlic minced 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 8oz block of feta 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Fresh thyme 
  • Fresh rosemary 
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes 
  • Hot honey 
  • Balsamic glaze

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. 
  2. In a small Ceramic Baking Dish add tomatoes, olives and garlic. Add olive oil and salt and pepper and mix. 
  3. Insert block of feta in the center of the dish. 
  4. Add olive oil, seasonings, and hot honey on top of the feta. 
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes. 
  6. Once finished baking top with balsamic glaze. 
  7. Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
