Alayna's Tomato & Olive Feta Dip
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoesÂ
- 1/4 cup Castelvetrano and Kalamata olivesÂ
- 2 cloves garlic mincedÂ
- 1 tablespoon olive oilÂ
- 8oz block of fetaÂ
- Salt and pepper to tasteÂ
- Fresh thymeÂ
- Fresh rosemaryÂ
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakesÂ
- Hot honeyÂ
- Balsamic glaze
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400° F.Â
- In a small Ceramic Baking Dish add tomatoes, olives and garlic. Add olive oil and salt and pepper and mix.Â
- Insert block of feta in the center of the dish.Â
- Add olive oil, seasonings, and hot honey on top of the feta.Â
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.Â
- Once finished baking top with balsamic glaze.Â
- Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
