Ingredients :

1 400 g tin of chickpeas
6 tbsp black sesame seeds
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp water
3 cloves of garlic
Juice of one lemon (optional)
Freshly ground salt and pepper

Preparation:

Drain the chickpeas
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
Season with salt and pepper
Place in small ramekins and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and sesame seeds.
