    I ordered Item: 18000016010 Designation: Bistro Chef Manual Salt Mill in Stainless Steel 10cm 4in EAN: 4006950033040 Positive: -Appears Elegant Negative: -Extremely light for “Stainless Steel” -Plastic parts line the bottom of the exterior and completely line the interior despite the b...read moreooklet stating “…materiality of wood, metal, or glass…” -The craftsmanship and quality of the item’s interior was cheap and misleading, i.e., the plastic. I have ordered from this company before and I will attest to their beautiful and elegant craftsmanship. The previous item I ordered was a Cast Iron Pepper Grinder and it was beautiful, heavy, and contained no plastic - the quality was superb. I was shocked to find that this current item was disgustingly made with no regards to the Artistry and Craftsmanship this Company is known for. I am extremely disappointed and appalled.

Our customer service manager has reached out to you directly offering both the opportunity to return and a selection of our mills that might fit your needs. The Cast Iron Pepper Grinder is an absolutely beautiful mill, but is in a different category and price point than the "Bistro Chef Manual Salt Mill in Stainless Steel 10cm." We understand that you are in conversations with him and working towards a resolution.

    I can't get the salt mill to work. I don't have the impression that it crushes the salt but rather that grains of salt escape.... not convinced
