This button features a black edging so that you can tell which is your pepper mill with a quick glance. The ingenious design means that the button can also be used to adjust the grind setting on your manual pepper mill (for mills without the u’Select system). Screw it as tightly as possible for an extremely fine grind that will deliver an intense burst of heat from the pepper. Conversely, loosen the button for a coarser grind that will release the pepper's most subtle aromas. Do not use on electric pepper mills or the manual models in the Mignonnette, Palace, Paris Icône, Paris Prestige and Lalique collections.
