Peugeot Saveurs is committed to gradually integrating digital accessibility into its online services.

This is why we are committed to completing this multi-year plan by respecting and following the 9 themes necessary for its full design, namely:

2.1 Strategy

Peugeot Saveurs’ accessibility strategy  is currently being structured.

It aims to integrate accessibility from the earliest stages of digital projects, to raise awareness among internal teams and to prioritize essential services for users.

The first steps include:

  • Identify the services concerned.
  • Initiate compliance audits.
  • Build a realistic and progressive multi-year action plan.

2.2 Referent

A digital accessibility referent is in the process of being appointed.

This referent will play a key role in:

  • Coordination of the process.
  • Support for teams.
  • Regulatory and technical monitoring.

A dedicated mission sheet will be defined in the coming year.

2.3 Resources

The resources mobilized at this stage are mainly internal (project managers, IS managers, communication).

External support is envisaged for:

  • Support audits.
  • Train teams.
  • Advise on accessibility best practices.

The objective is to structure human and budgetary resources within the framework of the multi-year plan.

2.4 Job description

The integration of accessibility-related missions into job descriptions is a medium-term objective.

A reflection will be undertaken from 2025 to identify the functions concerned (writers, developers, project managers, etc.) and to integrate the notions of accessibility into the business standards.

2.5 Formation

The first awareness-raising sessions on digital accessibility are planned from 2025.

The objective is to initiate the development of the teams’ skills with:

  • Raising awareness of disability and digital barriers
  • An introduction to the RGAA.
  • A presentation of the issues and regulatory obligations.
  • Practical modules targeted according to profiles (writer, developer, etc.).

2.6 Governance

The governance of the approach is currently being defined.

A cross-functional monitoring committee will be set up, integrating the internal stakeholders concerned (IT, communication, management, legal, etc.).

This committee will steer the progress of the action plan and ensure the coherence of the initiatives.

2.7 Purchase

Taking accessibility into account in digital public procurement is one of the priorities to be integrated in the coming months.

Alignment work with the Purchasing Department is planned, in order to:

  • Revise the specifications templates.
  • Introduce clauses that comply with EN 301 549 and RGAA.
  • Raise awareness among teams about conformity assessment in digital services.

2.8 Digital projects

Future digital projects will gradually incorporate accessibility requirements.

The objective is to include accessibility in:

  • The specifications from the scoping phase.
  • The choice of tools and solutions.
  • The validation steps before putting it online.
  • Support is provided for project managers to ensure that accessibility is taken into account in a concrete and realistic way.

2.9 The assessment of the annual action plans

The first annual action plan will be drawn up following an inventory planned for 2025.

This assessment will make it possible to evaluate:

  • The actions carried out.
  • Priorities for the following year.

It will be integrated into a logic of continuous improvement, with transparent communication on progress.

3. Compliance

New Projects & Compliance

  • New Projects : Accessibility is taken into account from the design stage of new projects.
  • User testing : Users with disabilities will be invited to participate in user testing when possible.

Fixes and Improvements

  • Remediation : Audits identify non-compliant content, and a remediation schedule is established to improve the user experience.
4. Action Plans and Monitoring
  • Annual Action Plan : An action plan is defined each year to guarantee the continuous improvement of services.
  • Progress Monitoring : An annual review is conducted to assess the state of accessibility and set priorities for the following year.
