These are the nicest mills I have purchased in my life. The mechanics are smooth and works with little effort. The finish is flawless. Each mill’s cap-nut is marked with a white or black ring to let you know if it is for salt or pepper. Buy from Peugeot instead of Amazon to avoid getting a fake
