The dish is of exception quality; you can really feel how solid it is when you pick it up. The finish and color are excellent too. It is a fine addition to our collection. Customer service is top notch and went beyond expectations as they helped me when I had ordered a much smaller version of this pan; having misread the dimensions of the pans. I don't know of many companies that would have reached out to resolve such an issue. I look forward to buying more pieces in the near future.
