    This small wild peppercorn comes from Nepal and grows spontaneously in the wetlands area of the Mahabharat mountain range at an altitude of over 6,500 ft. The peppercorn delivers a surprisingly tangy flavour and amazing citrus notes, which perfectly complement fish, shellfish, vegetables, fruit and chocolate desserts.

    This is a little different for my taste, it’s lunusual. Not sure what to put it on as it’s so powerful. Smells great though…
